Accessibility Statement

Three Trees is committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves an easy, dignified experience, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.

What we’ve done

• Semantic page structure with proper landmarks and a logical heading order.
• Full keyboard operability, a visible focus indicator, and a “skip to content” link.
• Text and interface colors checked for sufficient contrast on our dark theme.
• Labels on form fields and descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Respect for the “reduced motion” setting — animations are minimized for visitors who prefer it.

Known limitations

Some experiences rely on third parties we don’t fully control — our live chat widget and our separate online shop at shop.threetreesdelivery.com. We are working to ensure those meet the same standard and welcome reports about any barriers there.
